Holly Butler, MS-MCST, BSB
Holly is a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, located on the Wind River Indian Reservation, Wyoming. She has served 20 years of honorable military service, including 2 combat deployments (Retired), and has completed numerous leadership and development courses.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (Major in Information Systems) and a Master of Science from the University of Maryland’s School of Pharmacy in Medical Cannabis Science & Therapeutics.
She is the Owner/Operator of Tribal Hemp Co., a retail CBD/N/G product provider (www.tribalhempco.com), Owner/Operator of Anubis Communications LLC, a media company (www.anubiscom.com), and Managing Owner of Rez Dog Ranch LLC, the Butler family ranch (www.rezdogranch.com).
Additionally, Holly is the Founder & Acting Executive Director of the Wyoming NORML Foundation 501(c)(3) (www.wyomingnorml.org) and the Founder & Acting Executive Director of Civil Rights for Wind River. She is also the Creator & Host of the “My Take” Podcast Show on YouTube and the Creator & Host of “DAWG DAZE,” a pro-cannabis Podcast Show airing on Citizen Green TV.

Angelita Green, MBA Taxation, BA Accounting
Angelita Green has over 20 years of experience in accounting and management. She has worked with cannabis clients for over 7 years in seed-to-sale industries and has extensive knowledge of CBD/hemp online sales with merchant processing reconciliation across the US.
In 2022, Angelita shifted her focus to provide GAAP-compliant accounting and tax services to business owners in the US cannabis industry. She collaborates with a network of DOPECFO professionals, including CPAs, CFOs, Tax Attorneys, and bookkeepers, to deliver strategic financial solutions.
Angelita Green holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Strayer University. She obtained her IRS practice license in 2015 and is based in Georgia, where she enjoys family time, volunteering, and playing bingo.

Dawn Houle, MBA International Business
Dawn is the President and founder of SunSinger Consulting, LLC, a Washington, DC-based Native American woman-owned company. She is dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships for and with Native American Tribes, artists, business owners, and individuals.
As the author of “Business Success Secrets: Entrepreneurial Thinking That Works,” a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller, Dawn specializes in optimizing business opportunities for Native American Tribal governments and individuals. She offers culturally-based solutions to enhance natural resource sustainability, economic diversification, and employment opportunities while preserving heritage.
Dawn’s extensive experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs for President Barack Obama and Chief of Staff for the National Indian Gaming Commission. With a background in forest management and philanthropy for Indian Tribes, she has made significant contributions to cultural and natural resource preservation. Dawn holds a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Montana, an M.B.A. from Saint Martin’s University, and actively participates in various advisory boards and organizations supporting Indigenous communities. She is a tribal citizen of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Montana.
